Japanese food VS Western food

Nowadays, Japanese food restaurant has increased rapidly and it is attracted all over the world. It is registered Intangible cultural heritage in 2013. Which food do you like?

(1)Health
When we compare Japanese food and Western food for health, Japanese food is healthier. Western food is very fatty because it uses butter and meat and oil and so on. And it is very high calorie. For example, corn soup is 150kcal. But miso soup is only 53kcal. Japanese food doesn't use fatty like butter and meat. So, it is good to diet and prevent us from suffering from a lifestyle-related disease.

(2)Taste
Compared with the taste, Western food is more delicious. You can enjoy various taste. Because it uses sauce and mayonnaise and ketchup and so on. But the taste of Japanese food is very simple to enjoy the material original taste. So, it uses only seasonings like soy sauce and miso and salt drawing the food's natural taste.


(3)Balance
Compared with the nutritional balance, Japanese food is the winner. It has the form called a soup and three simple plates to get various nutrition. But western food contain animal protein and fatty like meat and butter and so on. So, Japanese food has the high nutritional value.

5 great points about my hometown

I'm from Hamada. Do you know Hamada? This city is famous for having many beautiful nature like sea and mountain and so on. And it is very near Hiroshima.  So, you can come anytime!! I will show you 5 great points that may be useful when you come to Hamada.













(1)Sea
The sea of Hamada is very beautiful. Especially, I recommend two seas. First sea is Kokubu bathing beach. It has a white beach that is 1km long. And it has an impressive white beach sand and blue water and beautiful sunset. Many people come there during summer. Second sea is Anegahama bathing beach. It is in iwamikaihin park. It has many facilities for recreation like a camp and tennis court and so on. And many people enjoy BBQ there.












(2)AQUAS
AQUAS is famous for beluga. Beluga is Shiroiruka in Japanese. It has appeared in softbank's CM. And there are a lot of fish in addition to beluga. For example, sharks and sea lion and penguin and so on. Especially, beluga's happy bubble ring is the most popular.











(3)Cafe Michel 




It is French cafe in Hamada. It has the relaxed atmosphere and you can enjoy leisurely. Especially I like Gateaux chocolate and quiche.They are very delicious!! And there are a lot of delicious food in addition to Gateaux chocolate. For example,  Caesar salad and tomato pasta and tea and coffee and so on. 













(4)Yuhi park
It is roadside station in Hamada. You can see the beautiful sunset and the sea of Japan. I like the view from there. And you can enjoy eating great foods and buy local specialty goods. So, this roadside station is elected "important station".












(5)Akaten

Akaten is one of the specialty goods and it is very popular in Hamada.There is no one who doesn't know Akaten in Hiroshima.  It is made from fish and red pepper. It is red and spicy and delicious. Especially, I recommend the Akaten of Egi.  Please eat it!!

The Devil wears Prada

  


The Devil wears Prada is one of my favorite movies. This movie is based on an American novel. And it's translated into 27 languages. Also it's translated into Japanese.  The sequel called Revenge wears Prada;The Devil returns  was published in 2013. I recommend this movie because it is very exciting. Now I will show you great points about story, actress and fashion.


  




The story is that main character Andrea went to New York to be a journalist. Fortunately she found a job to edit part of fashion magazine“Runway”. And it's editor-in-chief Miranda's assistant positions which has the great deal of influence in the fashion industry. But Miranda was very oppressive and many people quit this job.  The main part of the movie is that Andrea bears Miranda's unfair request. It makes me impressed because If I were Andrea, I couldn't continue the job. And I couldn't bear her unfair request. So, I respect her attitude of the work.

Second great point is actress in this movie. First actress is Meryl Streep who plays Miranda. She is very famous Academy Award actress. She speaks English with German and Polish accent depending on movies which she appears. So, she called “the Queen of Accent” . Second actress is Anne Hathaway. She is very famous actress all over the world. She changed her body for movie.And She appeared in the movie was shown this year. I always respect their attitude toward movie.













 Third great point is fashion.The whole movie spends much money on the clothes. So, there are many luxury brands such as Chenel and Prada, KateSpade and Vivienne Westwood and so on. For example, Meryl Streep often wore Prada in this movie for acting Miranda. Especially, I like this Anne Hathaway's outfit. I like this green coat and I think the pattern of the neck and sleeve is very cute.










This movie is one of  my favorite movies. Because I like this fashions and Anne Hathaway. Whenever I watch this movie, I'm always encouraged. So I want you to watch this movie. I think you will be happy!

My favorite movie

 I like watching movies. And I watch movies whenever I'm free. Especially, fantasy movies like Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings and Pirates of Caribbean and so on are very interesting. So, I will show you my favorite movies.


 First movie is The Devil Wears PRADA. It was released on 2006 in America and based on the novels. The story is focus on graduated on journalism Andrea Sachs is hired to work as the second assistant of the fashionable Miranda Priestly, the cold and cruel executive of the Runway fashion magazine. So, many Miranda's staffs resigned the jobs. But Andrea continued with her works to get the arts and literature magazine.

Second movie is Titanic.　It was released on 1996. And it based on real accident that British passenger ship Titanic sank in 1912.  The story is focus on treasure hunter Brock Lovett and his team search the wreck of Titanic for a necklace with a rare diamond, the Heart of Ocean. They recover a safe containing a drawing of a young woman wearing only the necklace dated April 14, 1912, the day the ship struck the iceberg. Rose Dawson Calvert, the woman in the drawing tells Lovett of her experiences aboard Titanic. In 1912, 17-year-old first-class passenger Rose fell in love with Jack, a penniless artist. But Titanic collided with iceberg. And Titanic sank at last. Although Rose survives with Jack's help, Jack dies the middle. And now 101-year-old-Rose threw  the necklace away in the sea.





Third movie is Enchanted.  It is Disney's fantasy musical movie and it is divided 2D animation and live filming. It was released on 2007.The story is focus on Giselle living in the forest of Andareshia of fairy, who is tied with prince Edward. But Queen misunderstood and dropped Gisele in the well and expelled it in New　York. But she was helped by lawyer and his daughter. And she knew the meanings of the true love. Also, she realized she loved the lawyer.




There are many funny movie over than those movies. But I can not introduce here. If I did all my favorite movies, it would be too many. So, I introduce these three movies. Please watch them. If you have a lot of free time.
